No toppings prepped? No problem.
Today’s ramen was born from what I had right outside my back door. With nothing ready in the fridge, I walked into the garden and let the backyard do the work. The result? A delicious, nourishing, yet simple bowl of ramen using Nature’s Broth Creamy, made even better with the fresh herbs I snipped just moments before.
This bowl is proof: you don’t need a trip to the store for a satisfying, wholesome meal.

📝 What You’ll Need:
For the Broth:
1½ tbsp Nature’s Broth Creamy
1 cup hot water (or pour it hot from your broth carafe if you’ve got it ready!)
From the Garden:
A few sprigs of fresh chives, chopped
2-3 basil leaves, torn by hand
Toppings (Optional but recommended):
2 pieces of seasoned nori
A sprinkle of fried garlic
A drizzle of chili oil for a little heat
🥣 How to Make It:
In your favorite bowl, add 1½ tbsp of Nature’s Broth Creamy and 1 cup of hot water. Stir until fully dissolved. (I poured mine straight from my carafe—it stays warm all day and is always ready when I am.)
Add your cooked gluten-free noodles (optional if you’re just sipping, essential if you want ramen vibes).
Top with your fresh-picked herbs—chives and basil from the garden.
Add seasoned nori, fried garlic, and a touch of chili oil for that final layer of flavor.
That’s it. Under 2 minutes. Full satisfaction.
🧡 Why We Love This:
There’s something extra comforting about knowing your meal came from your garden and your hands. No overthinking. No meal planning. Just good broth, real herbs, and a bit of pantry magic.
Whether you’re sipping straight or building a bowl, Nature’s Broth Creamy delivers clean, savory comfort every time.
And with a broth carafe on hand, it’s even easier—just pour, top, and enjoy.
