1 ½ tbsp Nature’s Broth Creamy powder
1 cup hot water
For the Bowl:
1 cup cooked gluten-free noodles
1 king oyster mushroom (sliced and browned)
1 bok choy (blanched and halved)
A handful of bean sprouts (blanched)
1 tbsp corn (boiled)
1 tbsp sliced fresh carrots
1 tbsp chopped green onions
2 small sheets of seasoned nori
Fried garlic & fried onions (for topping)
